Have you ever taken the time to sit and watch people?

I don’t have any statistical proof but I believe it is one of the most indulged past times. So why do we do it? And what do we find so fascinating when we watch other people?

Some of the things I thought of as to why we watch people are

• They are competition
• We like other people
• Comparison – how do we measure up
• The social connection
• Ideas of exciting thing

If I could pick the one thing that I think is the most important it would be the social connection. Even if there is no interaction, even if we don’t know the people, there is a kind of humanity bond. Like we are all here together, and we are part of something bigger.
